About Dieters.com
We're an independent diet review and research site committed to one thing: helping people make better, evidence-based decisions about what they eat — without the hype, affiliate-first bias, or cherry-picked studies that dominate online nutrition content.
Our Mission
The internet is full of diet advice. Very little of it is reliable. Supplement companies fund studies. Influencers are paid to promote products. Magazine articles are written by people without nutrition credentials.
Dieters.com exists to provide a counterbalance: rigorous, registered-dietitian-reviewed content that cites primary sources, discloses commercial relationships, and never recommends a product or program we wouldn't recommend to a family member.
We review diets the same way a good clinician would evaluate them — looking at the body of evidence, not just individual studies; considering real-world adherence, not just best-case clinical trial results; and accounting for individual variation, not just population averages.

How We Evaluate Diets
Every diet reviewed on Dieters.com is scored using our 12-criterion framework, developed in consultation with our registered dietitian advisory team and reviewed against current peer-reviewed literature, including guidelines from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the American Heart Association, and the American Diabetes Association.
Commercial Relationships
Dieters.com generates revenue through affiliate partnerships with diet programs and telehealth providers. When you click a link marked with a "→" or a "Try" CTA and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no cost to you.
We do not accept payment for positive reviews. Our rankings are determined by our scoring methodology, and commercial relationships do not influence scores or rankings. We disclose affiliate relationships at the top of every page where affiliate links appear.
